On Saturday, September 22, 2012 Ottawa joined cities around
the world in presenting Nuit Blanche, an all night long celebration of art. Most
of Ottawa’s art galleries were open until the wee hours of the morning for this
inaugural event. The Byward Market was especially buzzing with activity with a
variety of installations on the streets and courtyards and crowds of people
meandering around taking it all in.
